2, This type of Semi-Auto Gluer composes a main form and two small conveyers. Main form including: form, up and down Working Table, Forepart feeding section, forepart proofread section, middle transportation section, Middle press section, side carton delivery section, and electric control system.

3, This machine adopts famouse brand electric spare parts , Siemens electric, Omron photoelectric switch Japan TOKY counter , Taiwan MINGWEI electric power supply. Gluer head adopts special alloy material anti-acidity and anti-alkalescency, to keeping the gluer head for long life. Main motor adopts TaiWan Chengpang motor.

Our Factory's have CNC (8 pcs) ,milling ,drilling,pulse and other procesing machinery to insure produced high quality,precision spare part for our machines.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
