MPC-AS self-adhesive labeling machine is new-generation series equipment specially designed and manufactured according to the technical and technological requirements of automatic labeling machines. The self-adhesive labels affixed onto the bottle surface appear even and beautiful, the labeling process is reliable and steady and the labeling position is in complete compliance with the ideal requirement.

MPC-AS self-adhesive labeling machine is electro-mechanical integration product with simple and rational structure. The machine can automatically affix self-adhesive labels onto the bottle. In case of bottle absence, the control system of the machine can ensure no label will be dispensed so that waste of label is effectively prevented. The machine can also perform stepless adjustment to the production capacity according to the specifications and characteristics of bottles and labels.

This labeling machine shows strong adaptability and can affix labels onto labels with different specifications and materials used in various fields including foodstuff, medical industry and cosmetics.

Working Principle

The bottles are sent onto the chain plate from the previous production line, arranged in equal intervals by distance adjusting device and enters the optical sensor area. The roll labeler controlled by stepping motor, upon receipt of signal, will automatically and accurately affix the label onto the bottle. The other set of optical sensors will restrict the dispensing of next label in time. With the bottles continuously fed, the labels are correctly affixed to the bottles. After the rolling wheel presses the labels, the bottles will be automatically sent out, thus ending the labeling process.
