Hardness of rubber is suitable. It can improve fixing effect effectively. it ensures various paper getting good fixing effect and reduces probability of fuser film stopping work.
Density of colloid be uniformly distributed over the whole surface, the deviation of glue film thickness is less than or equal to 0.02 mm.
Colloid, PFA Tube and mandrel are fixed tightly, no degumming or bubble.
