Quality assurance:

Double stitching is applied to all our products both inside and outside.We add double
stitching to quadruple stitching or use extra patches on all the stress places, such as the
corner, the joint and the forced parts.For certain special products, we have no doubt to use
sextuple stitching to ensure durability and safety of our products.

We use polyester bonded thread for stitching craft. Comparing with other sewing thread, it is
priority in strong tension, abrasion performance, small shrinkage, applicable elasticity and
neat stitching trace. The perfect thread helps our specialized workers do a perfect stitching
for making products.

The air door consists of three important parts. The zipper is in the middle. Outside the zipper
is a shield with velcro. It helps to share the stress while the product is continual inflating. A
block piece is inside the zipper in case of air leaking by non-manual operation such as power
off or blowers broken suddenly. Once the emergency happens, the block piece will prevent
air from running away too quickly and gain time for guests who is playing in the inflatable
products at that time.

How we pack:

We spread air out to help deflation before roll the game, then put a band belt outside to tie it. We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number.
