FDA Lamination Plastic Roll White BOPP Thermal Laminating Film for Printing Paper Laminate

BOPP Thermal Lamination Film (or said thermal bonding film) is one of the plastic roll thin films for printing paper lamination.

We are producing this product with FDA Certificate, as well as RoHS, REACH, EN 71-3.

In order to apply the laminating roll film, we need a laminator machine to melt the adhesive glue of EVA into the printed paper substrate at a proper temperature.

Thermal lamination is a laminating process that we make paper or paperboard substrates naturally laminated together with a plastic film due to the effect of heat.

Sometimes it is called hot, dry or heat lamination.

The GLOSS finish sees high gloss laminate effect, giving luster to the surface of the laminated, with the feature of waterproof.

The MATTE finish is usually double corona treated with the value up to 42 dynes, excellent performance to UV varnishing and hot stamping. It is used to enhance the elegance of printed paper by heating lamination, especially when a brand is looking for a more impressive effect on the end-user consumptions.

BOPP thermal lamination film roll is workable for different ways of printings including offset printing, screen printing, and digital printing.

It is compatible with most types of paper or paperboard for printing finishing lamination, like 125gsm,250gsm or 350gsm.

Remarkably, our roll lamination film is SUPER WHITE and without the yellow tint.
