Summary
MT-130D Carton Double Side labeling machine, in order to achieve rationalization of production target and design. The machine comes with automatic labeling process, simple operation, high speed running, accurate labeling position, beautiful labeling. The machine can be used for pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff Industry labeling.
Working principle
Put the cartons into the conveyor system, the conveyor will transport the cartons to labeling station. There is automatic sensor equipped on the machine will sense the passed carton and feedback to PLC. The PLC gets the signal, then feedback to Step Motor, the step motor supplies the Label to Rotation Pressing Roller which makes the labeling process.
Features
1. Using side label method, add Press carton structure, ensure the
stability of carton.
2. When the label touch the carton, the brush firm the front label,
make sure the label is smooth and firm.
3. Conveyor speed can be adjusted to match up the send label speed,
ensure label no wrinkle.
4. The inverter control the Motor, make sure the conveyor
speed,press carton speed and send label
5. Speed synchronous operation, label surface is smooth and label
position is accurate.
6. The durable engine and parts are solid and durable, adopt
standardized modular design completely interchangeable, 24-hour
operation ensure the security and stability.
7. The whole machine use S304 stainless steel and anodized senior
aluminum alloy Never rust and with high corrosion resist
