Function and Characteristics:

All the transmission axle and roller are made by the high-quality steel,temper,and dynamic balance;plate with rigid chrome and grinned surface.

All the transmissin gear was used 45# alloy steel,which is grinned after heat-treamtment,and it was made by rubbing,it still maintains the high topping precision.

The whole machine undergoes the spray lubrication,intuitionst show setting,setting the double oil pipe balance system.

1, Machine clutch

〖1〗Electric control clutch with alarm bell, continuous ringing during its proceeding to ensure the safety of operators.

2,Leading edge feed system

〖1〗Suction auxiliary paper feeding, fan 7.5kW, can adjust the air volume according to the different bending conditions of the paperboard to ensure the smooth paper feeding.

〖2〗The die cutting part is equipped with interlock control switch to control the urgent stop feeding.

〖3〗Paper lifting and paper dropping are driven by air cylinder, which is fast and labor-saving.

〖4〗The leading edge roller feeding system can greatly improve the feeding stability of the bending board.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
