4. You have to prove the ownership of the trade mark/logo and offer the certificate of authorization.
5. Special requirements must be presented in advance(eg:packaging, transport mode).

1. How can we get your quote?

You can send us email with product details: size, material, design, logo and color; if you have artwork, it will be much appreciated.

2. How long we will reply your enquiry?

We will reply you within 24 hours. Also,you can discuss with us on TM. Our TM is online more than 12 hours every day.

3. What's your business type?

100% factory. Our factory is located in DongGuan City, Guangdong Province. We have more than 15 years of manufacturing experience.

4. How to get a sample?

A.Sample lead time: about 3-7 days after artwork confirmation.plain paper box need 3days,printing box need 7days.

B.Sample fee

(1)Samples without printing0-100$ ( before placing order )

(2)Sample with printings100-300$(before placing order )

After you place an order we will refund you the sample fee

(3)Sample with printings-0$( after the order and deposit)

C.Sample freight is paid by customer if we have not received your freight fee.

5. What's your mass production delivery time?

7-15 days according to order quantity and season.

Less than USD500, full payment before production

B.Shipping:

(1)By air, fast but expensive, usually for small or urgent order (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT...)

(2)By sea, cheap but long time, usually for big quantity (CSCL, COSCO, APL, K'LINE, MAERSK, HANJIN...)

9. How to control your quality?

We have QC supervising during production. 100% inspection before packaging and random check after packaging. Of course, you can arrange a third party to come and check quality before delivery.
